We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original shipping date. Please see below for our specific policies. 

RETURNS

If you received a broken or damaged item, or an item that is not what you ordered, we deeply apologize and would be happy to correct the problem. Please contact us via email at returns@causegear.com within 30 days of the shipping date. Please include the order number, description of the issue, and your contact information. If the issue is our error, all return shipping costs will be completely covered by us.

Did you change your mind about your purchase? If you simply want to return a purchase, please e-mail returns@causegear.com with the order number, product name, reason for return, and your contact information. Products must be unused and in perfect condition. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping. When we receive the item we will send you a gift card code, via e-mail, with the same value as the returned item. The original shipping charge is not included in the gift card code amount. We will accept returned items within 30 days of the original shipping date.

EXCHANGES 

In order to exchange an item you must contact us within 30 days of the shipping date. Please e-mail returns@causegear.com with the order number, product name, description of the issue, and your contact information. The customer is responsible for covering the costs of shipping. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will send you a gift card code, via e-mail, worth the value of the original item(s). You may use the gift card code to purchase whatever items you wish in the CAUSEGEAR Shop.
